Payment Options

We strongly recommend that our customers pay through our secure online ordering server with their choice of credit card. No credit card information is collected or stored by Insaini. Instead, your payment details are handled securely by PayPal, an authorized payment process provider.

Shipping & Returns

Insaini takes pride and care in packing our products, but if you should find your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will either repair or replace the items at our discretion depending on the extent of the damage.

Should the unlikely occur and you are not delighted with your Insaini purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To return the items, please contact us, and we will arrange collection. You must keep the original packaging and repackage the items. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Please note that we do not accept returns on commercial lighting orders or clearance items. All accepted lighting returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
