Customer service is paramount at Insaini Incorporated. Please review the following information and contact us with any further questions.

Payment Options

We strongly recommend that our customers pay through our secure online ordering server with their choice of credit card. No credit card information is collected or stored by Insaini. Instead, your payment details are handled securely by PayPal, an authorized payment process provider.

Shipping & Returns

Insaini takes pride and care in packing our products, but if you should find your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will either repair or replace the items at our discretion depending on the extent of the damage.

Should the unlikely occur and you are not delighted with your Insaini purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To return the items, please contact us, and we will arrange collection. You must keep the original packaging and repackage the items. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Please note that we do not accept returns on commercial lighting orders or clearance items. All accepted lighting returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty

Insaini Incorporated ("INSAINI") hereby warrants for a period of one (1) year, its lighting products, in favour of the original retail purchaser against defects in material and workmanship in normal use under the conditions for which they were intended.

Among other things, this warranty excludes 'wear and tear' items such as lamp and bulb casings. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from improper use, care or assembly, from unauthorized repair or alteration or from negligence. 

Under this warranty, INSAINI will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part at no cost except for transportation, handling and shipping costs which will be charged to the purchaser. The replacement parts are included in this warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This is a limited warranty, any defect not specifically covered herein is excluded. Where allowed under the law, INSAINI disclaims liability for all special, incidental and consequential damages.

CLAIMS AND MERCHANDISE RETURNS
All warranty claims must be sent in writing to INSAINI together with the original or photocopy of the original purchase receipt. INSAINI reserves the right to ascertain the basis for a request and to demand justification pieces. Defective merchandise may not be returned until receipt of INSAINI'S written authorization and shipping instructions are given. INSAINI reserves the right to replace merchandise deemed defective with similar merchandise of same value if original merchandise is no longer available. 

DIMMER SWITCHES
INSAINI'S light emitting diode based lighting products must not be used in conjunction with dimmer switches unless otherwise stated as possible. In doing so will immediately make the INSAINI factory warranty null and void.

WHITE LED LUMEN MAINTENANCE
As the LED ages, the luminous flux will continually diminish. White lumen maintenance refers to an LED's ability to produce light based on its total number of accumulative hours of operation. LED luminous flux expressed as a percentage, should always coincide with the standard temperature and typical drive current. A device rated for 75% white LED lumen maintenance at 40,000 hours should have decreased in luminous flux by 25% after 40,000 hours of accumulative operation. INSAINI'S light emitting diode based lighting products utilizing Cree XR-E based LED's are rated at 95% while all others unless otherwise stated are rated at 70%. This continuous diminishment of luminous flux must be viewed as a natural progression of the LED as it ages. INSAINI does not warranty its light emitting diode based lighting products against lumen maintenance issues unless the period in which it occurs is considered to be abnormal.
